Shipping & Delivery – Go-Go Bikes 

We do our best to make sure your bike arrives safely and on time. Here’s what you need to know: 


Where We Deliver

  • We currently deliver in Cape Town and the Cape Winelands.
  • If you’re in a very remote or hard-to-reach area, delivery may take longer. In rare cases where delivery isn’t possible, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

How Long It Takes

  • Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days after you checkout.
  • Deliveries to the Cape Winelands may take a little longer since we’re Cape Town–based.
  • Every bike is built, safety-checked, and tested by a qualified mechanic before it leaves us, so it may take a bit longer than regular online orders — but you’ll know it’s safe and ready to ride.

Need It Urgently?

  • If you need your bike by a certain date (like for a birthday), get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
  • We’ll always try to help, but fast-tracking isn’t guaranteed as it depends on stock, workshop time, and couriers.

Communication

  • You’ll get delivery updates from us, or a third party courier, by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, so you know when to expect your bike.

Delivery Requirements

  • An adult (18 or older) must be home to receive the bike and sign for it.
  • If no one’s home, the courier will mark the delivery as missed, and you may need to pay for re-delivery.
  • We only deliver to home addresses given at checkout — not to work, friends, or any other addresses.
  • If the delivery circumstances are unsafe or appear unusual, we may postpone, reschedule or cancel the delivery, at your expense.

Changing Delivery Details

  • Need to change your delivery date or address? Please let us know as soon as possible at kelly@gogobikes.co.za
  • Once your bike has been dispatched, changes are difficult to make as bikes are bulky and couriers have limited flexibility.

General Info

  • Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party couriers.
  • Once your bike has been delivered, responsibility passes to you.
