GO GO BIKES – SOUTHERN SUBURBS JUNIOR MTB RACE COMPETITION
Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Go Go Bikes
1. Competition Period
The competition is open for entries on 13 September 2026 only, during the Southern Suburbs Junior MTB Race hosted by SACS. Entries close at 5:00pm on 13 September 2026, when the event finishes. No entries received after this time will be considered.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to children participating in the Southern Suburbs Junior MTB Race hosted by SACS on 13 September 2026.
The child entered must ordinarily reside in Cape Town or the surrounding areas within Go Go Bikes’ existing delivery area in the Western Cape.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the entry form on behalf of the participating child/children.
Employees of Go Go Bikes, their immediate family members, and any individuals directly involved in organising or administering the competition are not eligible to enter. Go Go Bikes reserves the right to exclude suppliers, partners or other individuals where a conflict of interest may arise.
3. How to Enter
To enter, a parent or legal guardian must scan the Go Go Bikes competition QR code and complete the online Google Form, including the name(s) of their participating child/children.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. Entries
Each eligible child named on the entry form will constitute one entry into the competition.
Entrants are asked to provide honest and accurate information and to only enter children who participated in the Southern Suburbs Junior MTB Race on 13 September 2026.
Go Go Bikes reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, misleading or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Prize
Three winners will be selected at random and will each win one junior cycling helmet of their choice from the eligible Go Go Bikes helmet range available at the time of prize selection, to a maximum value of R520.
The prize is subject to available stock and sizing.
The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be substituted for another product or monetary value.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw.
The draw will be conducted under the oversight of an independent accountant, auditor, attorney or advocate, in accordance with the applicable requirements for promotional competitions.
Go Go Bikes reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before confirming the prize.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided on the competition entry form. The winner will be notified by no later than 30 September 2026.
The winner may be asked to provide reasonable information to confirm their eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not respond to Go Go Bikes within 7 days of the initial notification, Go Go Bikes reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner.
9. Prize Delivery or Collection
The prize will be delivered by Go Go Bikes to the winner’s home address within Go Go Bikes’ existing delivery area in Cape Town and the surrounding areas of the Western Cape, or the winner may elect to collect it if preferred.
Entrants who live outside Go Go Bikes’ existing delivery area in the Western Cape are not eligible to enter.
For delivery or collection purposes, the winner will be asked to provide the necessary contact details, including a telephone number and delivery address, via email.
Go Go Bikes will not deliver the prize to a work address.
10. Personal Information
Personal information provided when entering the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging delivery or collection of the prize.
Go Go Bikes will not use entrants’ contact details for marketing purposes or add them to a marketing database without separate consent.
11. General
Go Go Bikes reserves the right to verify any entry and to disqualify any entrant or entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, the entry is fraudulent or the entrant has attempted to manipulate the competition.
Go Go Bikes reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
By entering the competition, the entrant’s parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
